What payment methods are accepted? 

The preferred payment method is cashapp, debit or credit card, however we gladly accept all major credit cards, paypal, klarna, affirm, afterpay and layaway.

Is there a physical location where I can shop?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location. We have a virtual office only - all purchases must be made online and will be shipped to you within 2 business days via USPS.

May I pick up my purchase or do you offer delivery?
If your purchase is $250 or more and you are located within the city of Chicago, then same day or next day delivery can be arranged. You must have a valid ID and sign a release.

May I exchange or refund my purchase?

Luxury At A Discount Emporium has a no return and no exchange policy.
